ABID

Clinical decision support for antibody identification and serologic interpretation.

The question

What does this
pattern mean?

Antibody identification brings together reaction patterns, antigen profiles, testing conditions, and patient history. Interpreting those findings requires careful reasoning—and knowing what the available evidence does not yet establish.

ABID is my project to support that process with structured interpretation and explanations that a laboratory professional can examine.

01 / ORGANIZE

Bring the evidence together.

Make relevant serologic findings easier to review in a consistent framework.

02 / REASON

Show how the findings fit.

Support a systematic approach to interpretation, including conflicting evidence and unanswered questions.

03 / EXPLAIN

Make the output reviewable.

Present the basis for an interpretation so the reasoning can be evaluated alongside the result.

From clinical question
to working tool.

ABID brings together my work in transfusion medicine and clinical informatics. It reflects a broader interest in tools that help people reason through complex laboratory information.

ABID is in development. This page introduces the project; a public application is not yet available.
